BOOKING TERMS

DAMAGES — You, the Borrower, agrees for LE ORA to hold your credit card information on file. If any damages are noticed, we will charge the Borrower for the price to mend the damage.

LOSSES OR DAMAGES BEYOND REPAIR — You, the Borrower, is responsible for covering the original retail price of the item listed on our website for the inconvenience that this has caused.

ALTERATIONS — You, the Borrower, agrees to not alter or change the rental in any way. Including but not exclusive to hemming, cutting the tags, etc. 

LATE FEES & NON-RETURNS — You, the Borrower, agree to ship the item back by 11am on the last day of the rental date to not be subjected to late fees of $25 per day, per item. Any item not returned after 5 days from the return date will be considered a non-return, and you will be charged the retail price of the item listed on our website.
