INFLUENCER MARKETING MANAGER
The ideal candidate is someone based in Los Angeles who’s tapped into the fashion and influencer scene in cities such as Los Angeles, New York, and Miami, while being our brand ambassador and reporting to our founder, Sunny directly.
Responsibilities
- Lead in crafting the overall strategy and execution plan for influencer gifting campaigns
- Support streamlining influencer outreach initiatives through emails and DMs, maintaining tracking docs, reports, and campaign recaps
- Source influencers through social media channels
Ideal Candidate
- Ideally based in Los Angeles, CA- Thorough understanding of Gen Z and Millennial “it” girl fashion and trending fashion influencers
- Have 1+ years of experience working influencers marketing
- Avid user of social media outlets such as Instagram and TikTok
- Scrappy, curious, organized, a great communicator and networker
- Interested in working for a start-up environment
What To Expect
- This is a remote position with the possibility of being in person 10% of the time in LA
- Salary: $20-$50/hr depending on experience
- Project basis to start at around 5 hours a week with the potential for additional hours and eventually, a full-time position
- Single woman founder (Sunny Wu located in LA) building her team
- Le Ora is a Techstars backed company slated to open a fundraising round late 2023

CONTENT CREATOR (TIKTOK)
This is an incredible opportunity for you to grow a booming fashion rental brand’s TikTok presence. The ideal candidate is someone based in Los Angeles and excited about being on camera filming creative TikToks relating to fashion, sustainability, fashion rentals, and current cultural trends. You will ultimately serve as the face of Le Ora on TikTok, and report directly to our founder, Sunny.
Responsibilities
- Develop, film, and post organic TikToks to grow Le Ora’s presence on TikTok
- Produce, shoot, edit and upload content
- Showcase our rental collection through modeling and filming TikToks yourself
- Research best practices of companies in similar industries
- Record social stats and analyze trends, weekly and monthly
Ideal Candidate
- Ideally based in Los Angeles, CA
- Thorough understanding of Gen Z and Millennial “it” girl fashion and trending fashion influencers
- Have 6 months+ of experience filming TikTok content
- Avid user of TikTok and understands cultural nuances
- Great communicator, organized, fashion-forward, humorous
- Interested in working for a start-up environment
