I'm between a size XS/S, 34B, 5'6'', and this dress fits me perfectly! There's a back tie and the straps are adjustable so it would fit between an XS/S. The fabric is not completely sheer, but it is sheer in the floral starbursts so I would recommend black biker shorts if you want slightly more coverage. The silk is super flattering and I get so many compliments when I wear it!
